Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
If you don't judge my house then I won't judge yours.
A nap is its own end. I never expect to wake up in any certain condition, it's the sleep that does good.
You're the one cleaning so it's your call about where to start.
I focus on debris and garbage first or dirty laundry first......
I wipe counters and then sweep.....
But when I get tired, I rest and then I get up again and do more cleaning. I do this for the entire day but I pace myself and I don't do this all at once.
Also, I have a "catch all" bowl or container for miscellaneous items that don't have a place, if you KWIM.
Next is the kitchen
We'll see if I get to the living room after that or not.
I have a set day a week I do the major chores though. And we split everything up and everyone has something to clean. It helps to know you're not the only one cleaning.
I like knowing what people look like!!!
Good on you for cleaning the bathroom!!!
You know, if someone dropped by, that's the one room that they'd most like to see clean!!
Then the kitchen next, I guess.
I usually start cleaning by 'straightening'.
I have two appliance manuals laying out. One in the front room and one in the kitchen.
As soon as I finish typing this, I'm going to go get them and put them with all the other manuals I have.
I'm more 'messy' than 'dirty', so if I just flit from thing to thing, putting it where it belongs, the place looks considerably better.
Dang. It shouldn't get like this!!
One of the most important rules of having a clean house is, 'Don't put it down. Put it away.'
Saves so much time, later!!!
I guess I better start cleaning the living room today. It shouldn't be too bad I hope.
