did you ever skip sleep because you had an important appointment and it was easier to just stay awake?

If so were you able to stay awake the whole time or did your body finally force you to sleep and miss your appointment?

I'm worried about this because I don't know if I can make it till 2:30 but if I do sleep I don't think I can wake back up and make it in time. I can feel that mentally I am not as well but physically I do not feel tired yet.

If I have trouble getting to sleep at night and have an important appointment in the morning, I just stay up. I feel better with no sleep than with just a couple of hours of sleep. I have an alarm clock, so my reason for staying up was never because I was afraid I would oversleep.

Often, too often. I tend to stay awake in clumps of 4 days. I try to plan all of my appointments for then otherwise i'll miss them.

Im like Carla.. if something important is happening I struggle to try and sleep..can you come home and just crash sweetie?

I"m not sure what you are asking though. I can not sleep right now as I need to leave soon to get to my appointment in time. I might walk instead of waiting for the bus, I hate waiting more than I hate walking. Not that I hate walking I actually like it so it makes sense that I would hate waiting more LOL>

I was just asking if you can crash after your appt.. I HATE waiting to.. annoying... the walk might do ya good.. x

I'm looking forward to it. But It is a little far so I will be leaving early. I have about an hour and 1/2 yet. If I fall asleep now I will not be able to wake up so yes it is easier for me to stay awake.

    Which explains the mysterious fevers and my extra fatigue. I'm so glad I pushed for answers.

    Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.
