some structure ( schedule helped)....plus I always turn the bottle upside down after I have taken it so I will know....try that. It really helps me.
I'm in dire straights right now, I have no income and no health insurance. The only thing I still have is section 8 housing and if eventually if I don't take care of everything else I wont even have that.
And she knows I recently tried to get admitted to a hospital what does that tell you about my mental health its not good. But don't be too hard on her, she's been pretty understanding and supportive and she's the only one who doesn't demonize me for all my past failures. But I think she just kind of jumped the gun today because I told her I was starting to feel motivated again. And I am pretty understand of her she has her own mental issues going on I just get tired too. Tired of being reminded how much of a burden I am on every one. I know she's stressed to the max, and she's never been able to handle stress. So my problems are stressing her out too.
I know families are suppose to be supportive but mine is far from perfect and a little dysfunctional. And most of them have no understanding of mental illness and about half of them are alcoholics. I've pretty much been told by some of my family members that there's nothing wrong with me the doctors made it up to make money by prescribing pills. There's no cure for bi polar and unfortunately there's no cure for idiocy either. But they are still my family and I do love them so I have to deal with them the best I can. I'm as frustrated with them as they are with me.
And I did want to say thank you to every one. There were some pretty good suggestion here. I'm gonna try some of them.
