I'm scared that tomorrow won't be any better than today, or last week, or the last year. I can't get the meds I need or the relationship I need even more. I'm scared of the desire I have not to live anymore, scared that one day the pain might overwhelm me and I'll act, scared of the pain my death would cause my friends. I'm scared of having to live through another day of hell.
I know you pain darlin'. I can sit here and say i know what you are going through and blah blah blah, but that won't help you.

i know exactly how you feel. just try to concentrate on what makes you happy, and try to do more of those things or be around those people. im in the exact same place. my mom wont take me to get the medication, or even see a doctor. you can talk to me if you ever need someone to talk to, though. im always ready to listen
I'm hoping meds, professional support and hopefully family and friends support too can help you. I can't tell your specific situation.
