Wow this happens to me all the time, if its not a commercial then its a song. My hubby never gets this , no one else I know complains of it just me. I'm BP with PTSD, agorophobia, and panic attacks

Non bipolar people hear music in their heads all the time. Take Mozart for example and all the other musicians.

Yes, non Bi Polar people can hear music in their head. It is usually called a symptom of Schitzophrania. Now, there is a Bi Polar Diagnosis called, "Bi Polar with Psychotic Features" The psychotic features are hallucinations. There are many forms of hallucinations people have with BPw/ Psychotic Features. Those range from talking to people outloud that are not there as in, verbally responding to them to what they would be saying, but they are not saying anything to you. It's a permanent uncontrollable hallucination.

Agree, everyone gets them. There's a nickname for them "earworms". Nothing wrong here, but it gets highly annoying when the earworm is a silly commercial jingle :-)

It is like those sights that can't be unseen.
