Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

*hugs*
Greif , disbelief , sorrow.
It's no wonder your moods are all over the place .
You have a lot going on. Coping with this situation is going to be tough.
I wish you peace and hugs
You may be suffering from the mourning process...I did the same thing when my father became ill with asbestos cancer.....could not stop crying angry alot. There is a "process" and I cannot right now find a better way of saying it but it's mourning.....and it totally sucks and I really feel where you are coming from.
Do you see a therapist?? If you don't now might be a good time to find one...triggers will occur, emotion will run rampant as they already are and you will need help getting through all this.
I'm here too if you ever wanna just chat.....again very sorry about your father and how you are feeling.....*hugs*
My advice is to tell your pdoc and talk as often as you can with your dad now you know, it will be hard sometimes but in the future you will be so glad that you did even if its just to chill with him and say nothing or if you live away from home text or phone him more. I became manic and severely depressed too, my grief affected my bp very badly and it sounds as though it is having the same effect on you so please don't try to go through this on your own.
If you don't have a pdoc, go to your Dr and ask for grief counselling you don't have to wait until next year you can go now and they will help you through plus explain in detail how you feel how it is affecting your bp you may need a meds tweak short term till you stabilize. Remember that everything you are going through and how you feel the anger etc is normal and understandable but it's time that someone help lighten the load, I hope this gets easier for you soon x
