I've been slowly riding more and more. On Saturday, I did almost 20 km, the most in 2 years, as well as a much better average kph. I did hurt the bunion on my left foot, it has grown so much during the RA med failure this year. I had to stop and loosen my shoe near the end.

My breathing is much improved, and I am thrilled. It could be a miracle or Vitamin D. But even taking more Vitamin D would be a miracle, because God led me to the right person who told me to take more.So is anyone else still out there and riding their bike? I'm on Strava. I'll give you the link to follow me, and I would love to follow you. I am not sure how long I will be staying here. Each day, I get more frustrated with the features that were lost.

I am out riding,and will do so until I can't. Marlene its good to hear that your riding again.,that the Vitamin D is helping. I don't post here anymore. I don't have strava on my current phone,but will download it. I think we used to follow each other on it. I don't ride as far as you though. I am a slow bicycle rider just enjoying my neighborhood.,or what is left of it.

Yes, well, slow biking is what my husband does. He likes to enjoy the view. So we don't bike together! It's more about supporting each other. And yes, we did used to follow each other.
