Today my dear friend J died. Jean was the strongest, hard fighting, long suffering person who lived life to the fullest, with a smile and a giving hand to others. Her spouse died two months ago on Sept. 11, they were 'soul mates', I've No Doubt About this in my mind.
I feel such sadness and pain in my heart. They both lived each day with Gratitude and Love Of Life despite the horrid pain in their body and minds from the abuse this world brings. They kept moving forward with love and hope for better days, seeing the good in people despite being hurt by them, forgiving and letting go..understanding 'human failings'.
They both gave me so much wisdom, and my heart will be fuller of love and compassion as they both will live forever with each beat as long as I am Blessed to live.
I am sad because they died, but I am happy for both of them as their souls reunite. What pains me is they "took life by storm, and lived each day as if it were their last...Taking Everything In".
This is where my pain of shame comes in to my mind and heart my Family and So Many People Who Live Their Life With Passion, and I sit alone, doing nothing in my home but existing from day to day with no purpose...for 2.5 years now since my son left home I am begining to use as an excuse, but I sit by choice...Knowing what I'm doing is not healthy for me.
My family is all dead, I'm 64 and not in the greatest of health but no complaints, I survived cancer, live with bipolar 1, been psychotic and came back through a lot of hard mental heath care. Lived and worked for 30 years and then went on disability after my last hospital stay for 11 days due to depression in 2010.
Because of so much loss I'm afraid to love anyone or let anyone love me, it hurts too much when they leave. I just feel such sadness and shame for not living my life to the best and fullest each day "Because I Can" I feel shame because I'm not honoring my family and friends who have died by 'living my life to the fullest' each day...I ask myself why am I here, what is my purpose, what am I good enough to do or to give to others as they did, for me and so many other people.
If anyone has felt this way, could you share what helped you find your way back to living a structure and purposeful life. Thank you

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

I have felt overwhelmed for sure..... I don't think that everyone always lives life to the fullest .... We all go through our darkest hour(s)
I think sometimes putting one foot in front of the other is the best that perhaps we can do and that's a step in the right direction....
Big hug and a blessing.....xo
