Bereavement Support Group
Are you grieving the loss of a loved one? Whether you lost someone recently or it's been years, grief and its accompanying emotions can be complicated to cope with. Join our online support group to connect with a supportive group of people who really know how you feel. Help is right here.
Have you tried grief counseling? That can help, and you may need to take some anti-depressants for a while, just to get you on track.
I think you need to let yourself grieve when you need to. The grieving process can take as long as two years. But I also feel you need to do something to feel good about your life again. Is there a passion or a hobby you can take the time to do? Is there some kind of a group you can join, or volunteer? It is only 3 months, so don't be hard on yourself. You are going through a horrible tragedy, and it will take time and effort to come back out of the black hole you are now in.
Know that there are other out here who care. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Never been through that kind of loss, but watched my brother die of cancer and sepsis, and it was no less horrific. Condolences.
I've been compiling family videos my brother when he was here, alive and well. This has helped me soothe the savage beast of loss, and helps fill that hole in my heart, seeing him in full-motion and hearing his kind voice again:

I've lost a baby to stillbirth, a 17 yearold daughter to ecoli food poisoning, both my parents to cancer, etc., and they are all so hard. Cry with your children and do something "just because of your loss" when they are sad, but try to enjoy fun times with them. I think we all learn what is really important when we go through tragedy and its kinda strange to see how innocently naive people are about the pain of grief. But we really cannot expect them to understand because that would mean that they had to suffer also!
Please contact me if you just wanna talk and try to have a great day :)

Everyone grieves differently and has different needs for coping. Be patient with your self and reach out to family, friends, churches, counselors or whoever can give you some help!!
Prayers to you!!!
At first there was nothing that could help, but I found that looking at pictures, remembering the good times we had together, even talking to his pictures as if it where him; has helped. If there was favorite music you listened to, try doing the things you did together when they were still here. Just be sure to let your feelings go.
I believe that they hear us and show us signs that they are watching. Getting in touch with your feelings can help relieve the grief and with time you will gain ground. It may take a long time but try to find someone to talk to, take gratitude in nature and just know that they are there with you.
