Bereavement Support Group
Are you grieving the loss of a loved one? Whether you lost someone recently or it's been years, grief and its accompanying emotions can be complicated to cope with. Join our online support group to connect with a supportive group of people who really know how you feel. Help is right here.

We are all different, there is no book that can tell us what we need to do. There are a lot of books that give ideas, but any book that claims to have all the answers is crap.
Start sharing, that worked for me as my family passed. (Sister 6 ears ago, mom 3 years ago dad 2 years ago). There is also a widows and widowers group here that can be very helpful.
As you start sharing you can compare notes. You are likely to find (I know I did) that some people who appear to have the exact same loss as you are either coping extremely well, or are totally falling apart. (Compared to you). You may find a soul mate in a person who had what appears to be a completely different loss. Just be open!
The more you share, the more you post on other topics, the more you reach out to others, the more you will find yourself growing as a person and getting through your very sad loss.

I don't think you can compare it to anything because every relationship is different and everyone deals with grief differently.
It's only been about a month for me and I don't have any answers. I hate life without him. I hate it so much.
The only advice I can offer, the only thing that's helped me, is find and talk to people who have been through it whether it's this site or face to face. And most importantly take care of yourself.
