I raised my sister from the time she was a year old. I got word that she was missing on September 15th and made a beeline for her on the 16th. I got the notification the evening of the 18th. I'm struggling to cope with the loss of her and the crushing pain in my heart. She's far too young to be gone and I'm not ready. I know I have no choice but to be ready but it is such a struggle to get through the day without her. How do I do this?? I didn't know this kind of pain existed.

Can you identify these rom-coms from just a screenshot from the middle of the films? This is a multiple choice quiz so even if you're not entirely sure you can always take a guess and at least have a 25% chance of getting it right anyway, so why not have a go?! https://www.buzzfeed.com/alysaurus688/rom-com-screenshot-trivia-quiz

I am so sorry about this. I think this kind of missing person and all the time you had to wait to know what was happening is very hard. Yes, the pain of this situation is very hard. We feel strongly and have deep memories.
You loved her so it hurts more. They say the bigger the love, the deeper the grief. And what happened to her is especially hard.
My friend whose young husband died about 18 months ago found great help in grief share groups. She was reluctant to go but several people pushed her and I see her healing now. She loved her husband so deeply and he did everything for the family and she had to basically start over life wise.
