Mourning a father I never met

He passed on a few weeks before we were supposed to meet for the first time. Today marks a year since he left. I could not attend his funeral because he lived far away, with his wife and kids. It's hard mourning the death of someone you still long to meet for the first time.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Is there any way you can talk to people who knew him? It is not as good as first hand conversations, but it is better than nothing.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
