I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my mother January of 1980 and still think about her all the time. I have tried to live my life the way she would want me to which is how I have kept her close to me. I am a person of faith and belief that we will see each other again. As time goes on I am closer to seeing her again. (((Big hug)))

I feel for you. I'm going through the same. My mom died 7.7.15. I have been walking around in a daze. It seems like there is nothing I can do for comfort. Everyone says I won't get over it, but I'll get through it. Eight months is still new. All we can do is pray, talk to mom and give it time.

I lost my Mom last year. I miss her so much. She was a huge part of my life. Living without her is by far one of the toughest things I have had to do. I do believe I will see her in heaven and that was a comfort to me. Now, it just seems like an eternity away. I wish that I could offer some good advice but I can only say that my faith has helped me and having support has been very important. For a while I was so lost in my grief that nothing good seemed possible. But, gradually things did get easier and I am not so off balance like I was. So, if it can happen for me, I am certain it can happen for you. Praying you will find what you need and feel better as time goes on.

I also lost my mom 7/7/15 and think about her all the time. I miss her so much. I don't know if I'll ever feel better but I pray and ask God for comfort and understanding.

I lost my mom 5/19/15. I also lost my husband 8/14/13 after being married for 44 years. When my husband died I immediately became my moms' caregiver. It kind of gave me something to do almost everyday. I only worked 1 day a week and the rest of the time I was over at my brothers house taking care of her. I'm partially handicapped but loved having somewhere to go everyday. Now that my mom is gone I have the time to grieve for my husband and her. I really feel lonely right now. I defintely understand how you feel. Our faith is a big help. Try to stay busy.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I too lost my mom 8 months ago. I've been having some real difficult days lately. I see reminders of her everywhere and it makes me miss her so. I took care of her 24/7 her last 4 years of her life which put an extra sense of emptiness inside. My heart literally hurts sometimes. so, I definitely know how you feel friend. Sending you a big hug.
