I lost my sister six months ago to cancer. The end was horrible and drawn out. She was my best friend growing up. We did everything together, every day. Completely inseparable.
Even as we got older, she was always involved in my life. Always there to support me, encourage me, and help me through hard times.
Now that she's gone, she's the one person I want to turn to for love and support. It's devastating.
She was too young, only 33, and deserved a better life.
My wife asked me to move out a couple of weeks ago as well. My marriage is in a crisis, and I don't know if we'll get through it.
My whole world has fallen away. My sister, my wife, my kids, and my home, are no longer there as they used to be.
One step forward. One day at a time. Through the grieving process.

Which explains the mysterious fevers and my extra fatigue. I'm so glad I pushed for answers.

Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.

Always remember the good times with your sisters and how much you loved and cared for each other.
I talk with my family and friends that I have lost every day as if they were still here.
I will keep you in my prayers.
perhaps you should seek grief counseling, that might help. Or a support group (offline) but in the meantime we're here for you Hugs
My wife currently needs some space from me, so we aren't able to talk or see a counselor together yet. Hopefully that point will come soon. My emotions have been all over the place since my sister died, and I put those feelings all on my wife. I relied on her to feel better when I should have taken responsibility for what I was feeling myself. It's not her job to make me feel better.
There are stages to grief and sometimes we can get stuck in a stage.... Elizabeth Kubler-Ross wrote wonderful books on death and dying.... Very informative
You have so much going on right now if you aren't in counselling I would try and get into some if you possibly can.... Bereavement groups in RL can also be helpful..... Big hug for you and a blessing...xo
