On January 6th I lost my best friend My mom. She was the one who could make me sane in this crazy world. She was my rock. She was funny and well liked. We had our times. like she would get her check on the 15th of every month and we would go shopping and have lunch and just spend the day together. She was my #1 priority even over my wife. When mom needed something I was there. Everyone knew it. I was rspected for taking care of her like that. But that is just what you do when you love someone. It wasn't always like this, for mom and I had some turbulant times. We didn't get along very well. but over the last few years we became extremely close. I am greatful that we experienced the relationship that we did, but I just wish we had more time. My mom was 66 when she passed, way too young. My mom used to call me Dawny and tell everyone I was her bouncing baby boy. And I still hear her say those words clear as a bell in my head. And it gives me a tearful smile. I have been kinda irritable and have had a couple full scale panic attacks since she passed, If I could have one wish it would be to have her back in perfect health.

Here is my new brother, copper :) He's so tiny! Moo and Tuck were ok with him on first meeting. Rocket due to his severe aggression will never meet Cooper.

It sounds like you were a wonderful son to her
One of the stages of grief is anger and your loss is very new..... A bereavement group in RL may be of help to you to vent and gain support
Some people do go through a lot of anxiety.... It's a shock to the system to lose those we love.... Death becomes real
You could make a doctors appt to discuss your anxiety and perhaps get a prescription to help you through it for a while.... I would stay away from caffeine for now as well
Big hug and a blessing.....xo
