So good to hear that head is coming out of rear and it is time to think positive and change you life for the better. Most of it is between our ears and we can think goo or crappy thoughts. Pleas follow the good path and it will serve you well. You know that is what Brad would want for you. Keep looking for the good things in life as it is easy to focus on what was and was not good. Move forward My Lady and don't let the door hit you in the butt as you have much to contribute and to live for. Best wishes for you from Montana and follow your heart as it will lead you to success. Your Montana friend Dewman! Peace be with you and move forward as that is where you must go! Best new year wishes for you! D

I have been med free (my choice) for several years now after being on them for about 20 years. However, I am in a much better place.
Diet is so important. I was diagnosed with diabetes a little over a year ago. I abused my body most of my life (yoyo dieting and severe eating disorders). This might sound crazy, but becoming diabetic was the best thing that ever happened to me.....a wakeup call to treat myself better. I don't eat any pizza, pasta, white bread, rice, white potatoes, soda, or fried foods any more. I lost over 100 pounds and feel terrific.....better than I have in years.
I also started a gratitude journal and I am feeling awesome. I'm attracting better people and opportunities into my life.
My journal is filled with every little thing good in my life.....and it's snowballing!!!
I highly suggest a gratitude journal. It helps you concentrate on the good things in life.....and believe me.....there still is good things and ppl in life. Our loved ones that have gone before us are in safe keeping until we meet up with them again. Until then....we gotta push ahead and make something great with our life....it's never too late!
Wishing you all the best....lucky you to be able to start over with a fresh start in a new place. Hopefully you can adopt a rescue kitty? I know you miss Kramer and I think it might help fill a void and give you a new companion for a new start :)
Oh well......no matter what......Welcome to 2015!
