On December 28 at 9:45am my father lost his battle with kidney disease. He was a great man and now I have a tremendous hole in my life. Every moment is thinking about him. Now I am trying to plan everything and I don't know how to get thru this. If anyone has any words for me I would greatly appriciate them. Please help me find out ways to fill this hole. Thank you in advance.

Woke up feeling very emotional and about to clock in at my place of employment. And can't place it all in writing but not been a good experience with my store manager or his boss. Defamation of my character is a concern. I've been losing appetite and weight. Trying to perform at work to keep myself from hospitalization as a result of toxic masculinity.

2 days is VERY short, my guess is that you are still processing it There are a lot of things to do; from planning a service to settling his estate.
What family do you have near you? Is your mom still alive? Are you married? DO you have children? How about siblings? Sorry to blast you with questions, guess I'm saying reach out to your family and close friends for support.
Gentle hugs
I did just undelete her voicemails so I can now hear her voice. If that helps you in any way? The Lord is my strength, and I hope yours as well. He will see us through.
As for a few answers: I am 38, he was 69 (6 weeks short of 70), although he has been sick for almost 15 years in a nursing home for the last 5 years this is still a major shock. I have to admit last night I cried like I never cried before, but I think it might have helped. I am sure I will post more tonight or tomorrow.
Goodnight all and thank you.
