Im so sorry for your loss. Sometimes i feel like giving up too, the pain can be so awful and overwhelming. I miss my mum but i also deal with all the other emotions coming up for me. Ive tried hypnotherapy and eftt which really helped me a lot. I still cry and miss her but dont feel as hopeless and scared as before. Do you have any hobbies/volunteering/ work that you can do, even if its an hour a week? Any can help with distracting yourself from loneliness. Its definitely done that for me.
I hope that somehow we can all find some kind of peace.
Hang in there,
All the best x
I am SO sorry for your loss! I lost my Mom 7 years ago. I can totally relate to you. My Mom was my BEST FRIEND IN MY LIFE! She was there for me since day 1. She passed away very fast and quite suddenly. I am still in shock and grief. Life has never been the same since and never will be. I have done many things to try to grow and keep moving. Yet, there is no ending of missing a loved one. I lost my Dad 22 years ago and my Mom's passing makes me miss him even more. I am very, very lonely and think I am literally losing my mind at times. It is me and my female Black Labrador Retriever (who my Mom loved VERY much! It was her dog too.) I also went through a breakup of an 8 year relationship. Yes, I am very lonely. I am very sorry for you and am here for you. We are all here for each other.
