I could do with some bereavement support Traci. My ex partner died last week. We were split up only 3 months as his alcoholism and abusive behaviour became unbearable to me. I still loved him or at least was very obsessed with him and was not over the break up at all, I feel devastated. I would really appreciate some support, thanks.

Al anon might be a really good support for you sweetie... You did the right thing in leaving an abusive, alcohol ridden relationship .....

I feel like a grief mentor would help me. Can you let me know what I need to do to be assigned? I lost my husband to heart failure on Sept 8th when he died in my arms at 3:30am. I lost my mother in 1990 but this grief feels so much different. Some days I don't know if I'm making progress or going backwards or just frozen. I joined Widows & Widowers a few days ago.

I need someone to talk to. I just lost my only son Jonathan to a accidental overdose on 10/22/17. Their are no support groups anywhere near me. I am falling apart. PLEASE HELP ME.
