Bereavement Support Group
Are you grieving the loss of a loved one? Whether you lost someone recently or it's been years, grief and its accompanying emotions can be complicated to cope with. Join our online support group to connect with a supportive group of people who really know how you feel. Help is right here.
But anyway, maybe you tell them to go do it because you know that they wont and it is attention seeking. Dont show it attention and they wont bring it up to you anymore. I would talk with her and tell her that if she really truly feels that way then she should go seek help but you cant help her and you cant hear about it all the time like its nothing. I bet she will stop or atleast cut back. I really dont blame you for getting upset though.
Talk to your friends when they're NOT feeling bad and just bring up the subject - tell them you're not going to put up with their little "suicide snits" anymore, and if they continue, you'll go somewhere else for friendship. That ought to stop them. You don't need this kind of aggravation - you're trying to heal. God bless you and take care. Hugs, Lee
see what u have been through was a shock, a turner that can change anyone's life... like our personalities are changin slowly over the years, but when a shock occurs there will be a harsh hange the will take time to cope with... i had major three shocks in my life and they could change me COMPLETELY. what i kno forsho is that even though we break up any kind of relationship... but we are still clung to it somehow.... So ur still clung to ur former gf... And her death was a shock for u that u will need to deal with .. ur friends just don't understand it, u can't really blame them though... if they lived their whole lives tryin to understanding hos u feel, they wouldn't be able to...because they haven't been in ur situation....so it is essentially that u accept that ur different in this manner..
Then try to explain how it terrifies u to ur friends... if they were true ones they would stop mentioning that every time they feel down... make them understand that u feel bad on wat happened to ur gf because u cared about her, just the way u do with them! Tell them that u dare about them and it hurts u just mentioning it...
In the end we are humans dude... u can't prevent anything that was meant to happen... her death was meant to happen, whether she killed her self or her soul was taken away by God! when and where we will die never changes... but it is a matter of who is doing it!
If u ever u wanted to talk about bro i m here
Just keep in mind, these people have no idea the pain and sorrow that some words trigger in us. I would ask your friends not to use phrases like that around you. They know what happened, they need to think twice before they say something like that.
