For one thing, since it's only been three weeks, the shock of her sudden loss is still gripping you. For another, her young age is hard to accept, since we feel like our parents "will always be there," and she could have had many years left.
I'm so sorry for your loss, imagining our lives without our special locved ones is so very difficult. All you can do for now, is get through each day as best you can. HUggs, Rainbow
My Mom also just passed away in her sleep with absoulty no warning at age 53, 3 days before her 54 birthday. To be honest I still cry a lot, and still want to pick up that phone, but around the 2 1/2 months I actually found that I could somewhat smile here and there and am slowly feeling ok to hang out with a few friends, which I didnt' want to do before, because I was afraid that I would just break down.
I too am waiting for the results STILL, which they did a toxicology report and now a histology report (microscopic study of tissues).
My heart goes out to you hun, hang in there it does eventually and very slowly get better. I never thought I'd say that, but if I can smile again (sometimes) then it's a big improvement.
What I think it important is as much as you can face your grieve and dont' stuff it, but also not to isolate yourself and much as you might want to.
))BIG HUGS((
