EVERYTHING makes me cry. im a crazy ball of emotions and i dont know where to turn its slowly eating me alive. i just dont really know what to do any ideas?

Have you tried talking to a counselor? Have you been able to talk to friends and family about your feelings? It might do good to confide in other people what your going through. People want to be there for you, you just have to let them know. I hope you are able to deal better with this.

i havent been to a counselor i dont have insurance or a job so i cant afford it at the moment. i tried to talk to friends and family but they dont understand. a lot of people get frustrated. i have been thinking about going to the drs office and seeing if they have any sugestions but other then admitting myself. i am already on an anti-depressant so im not sure what else they can do. i just feel like i am stuck

I would suggest talking to a therapist. It is a neutral party and they don't have any feelings invested with different things you want to talk about. They can give you advice and coping skills to handle the grief you are experience. I work as a therapist for a local organization that accepts the medical card for people who do not have insurance. They can help you establish insurance so you can get the help you need at this point. Good luck!

As I am in Canada, I'm not sure that this would apply but the Salvation Army here has a free counsellor. Also if you belong to a church, they may have counselling there. My church sponsored me to go to a grief counsellor after my brother died. She helped me alot. I'm still having problems dealing with my brother's death. I just went through the first anniversary of his death. I don't think the pain of the loss ever goes away but it does get not as bad. In the last two weeks I have gone through the first anniversary of the last time I talked to him and the anniversary of his death and I've moved as well. I have gotten into a habit of solitude but I'm not sure that is what I need to do. I lost my job in October (nothing to do with the death) but I'm having a hard time getting motivated. Now I don't have a reason to get out and socialize and I know that I should as I have alot of wonderful friends that help me through things but I don't want to. I guess maybe it's time that I saw a counsellor again. It's amazing just typing this has helped me. Sorry for your loss but it does get better but don't expect your life to ever be the same as it was. Embrace your new life. Keep a positive attitude and hold your head high.

I'm sorry for your loss as well. Thank you for your advice I'm not sure if the Salvation Army does that here ill have to look into it. I don't currently belong to a church, but my best friends dad is a pastor maybe I could see what he thinks I should do. I think talking would help. It helps a little when I am on here.. Hopefully something will give I too lost my job, more recently but there is no where that is hiring in my area. That doesn't help much. Now that I have more time to just sit around and think.

Check local universities. Also, many places have a sliding scale and treatment can be nominal or ever free.
