1. dont depress yourself and believe in God.
2. chew gum as much as u can. chew it from the affected area.
3. avoid to go outside specially in the day time coz sun rays are not good for it.. if you want to go u can cover your half side by any cloth.
4. eat fish must.
5. use olive oil every night and massage thoroughly
6. do some facial exercise... its very important and hope your doctor told it to you..
a) open your mouth as much as u can say aaaaaaaa
b) pinch your eyes as much as u can
c) say cheezzzzzzzzzzzz (Hardly).
6) eat boiled cock and drink its junk. its very good. dont use Broiler chicken.
I joined this group because my bf got Bells Palsy 7 days ago and he is miserable.He took Prednisone also and is taking antibiotics for 10 days,still no change.He is angry ,bitter and depressed,all normal reactions.He is pushing me away(we don't live together)and it's so hard on me cause I want to help him.Please luci3020 keep on posting about your way to recovery since you got it 7 days ago too.I feel for all of you.Good luck and may you be well soon!
