Do they share a room? Can you do separate bed time routines?

That sounds like a tough situation.

Is there a reason you have them both in diapers? Our daughter wears diapers because pull ups have always leaked so I understand if diapers make more sense.

I can think of a few options - not sure if any are good ideas though. You could talk to the dry twin about continuing to wear diapers until her sister is dry too to help her feel better. You could try pull-ups for the twin that still wets and maybe keep them both in pull-ups until they’re both dry if that’s more acceptable to the dry twin. There are also cloth diapers/training pants like superundies that might work to keep the bed dry and might feel more like underwear so they both get to wear something new.

Doing separate bedtime routines is also an option but I don’t know how disruptive that would be.

Both have their own rooms but their routines are pretty much matched up together. Its been that way since their birth.
We have them both in diapers as they seem to work best and are the most cost effective while being practical. For quite some time both have consistently flooded their diapers throughout the night too so better than pull ups absorbency is needed, well not needed so much for one of my twins anymore. Her one month of waking up to a dry diaper will be this Wednesday. My other one, no improvement in her nighttime bedwetting at all. I do like Amyd045 suggestions and will try. My one twin, the one remaining dry, Ava is very excited to be staying dry and excited to switch to pull ups soon. My other, Isa is somewhat upset she's not progressing like her twin is.
We have tried cloth diapers, reusable/washable and both girls absolutely dreaded those so we've been on disposables for a couple of years now.
I will try some of your suggestions and see how the girls react or feel about it. Not so sure we want to again try pull ups with Isa so heavily wetting. My husband did discuss that this week and while their mattresses are fully protected, washing bedding, quite possible daily would be too much to handle. We also have an 12 year old son too so staying on top of family chores is quite a task already.
I will talk to the girls today and feel them out.

I guess the other question I'd ask is why is Isa upset? Is she upset about the diapers themselves, or is it that she's not getting the same treatment as her sister and/or her sister is getting ahead of her? If it's about the diaper itself, what part doesn't she like - being changed, the fact that it's a diaper, or something else?

Also, did they mind wearing diapers when they both wet the bed or were they happy wearing them at night?

I completely understand not wanting to deal with that much laundry.

Isa is upset at still wearing diapers to bed even though it's obvious that she needs them. She's also a bit jealous that Ava is getting better with staying dry throughout the night and might not need to wear a diaper soon. The treatment will be a bit different between the girls too once Ava gets to the pull ups.
I did tell her that bedwetting is usually out of your control so it's no one's fault they wet the bed, that there's nothing wrong with it usually if it can't be helped.
   Neither of the girls like being in diapers. From embarrassment to comfort of the diapers. Both complain of the feel of the diapers, hot once their on, especially in the summer months. Neither also likes being changed even though I've spent countless times trying to teach them to get them on themselves, just doesn't work or is practical. They both mind wearing diapers still. They do accept it but don't agree with it. They'll try their best at pushing off the time to get the diapers on as long as possible. Both want their diapers off first thing in the morning but unless they can get cleaned up first, the diapers stay on until either my husband or myself can get them cleaned up first. It's been a struggle but the best options we can figure out for now.

What brand of diapers are they wearing? Maybe you can try a different brand that would be more comfortable in the summer?

They wear Tranquility ATN diapers I order through Northshorecare. We've tried countless brands in the past. Not many in youth size that'll fit the girls well for their needs. Tranquility seems to be the best I've found so far.

Have you tried like pampers size 7? They are meant for younger kids, but may be less hot because the outside isn’t plastic.

I always recommend diapers. My little sister and I both had horrible reactions with goodnites, they’d leak all over us and we still ended up getting changed in a way more sloppy manner. I would seek medical help for sure, there might be a medication that can help, but if you want to save yourself the headache, keep them in diapers until the right solution comes. If they absolutely HAVE to have pull ups I would order Tena online, they are thicker and much more comfortable. The girls are embarrassed because everyone wants to say “diapers are for babies!” That’s the furthest from the truth! Sometimes they are more comfortable if a fellow sister changes them. I usually cover them up with a towel too while remove it the dirty diaper so they aren’t fully exposed. That’s really all the advice I can think. I know how difficult it can be for a young lady to get in a diaper, even just at night. I started wearing diapers at their age for about a month until my parents switched it to goodnites/pull ups. I thought it was cool at first until I would wake up leaking and smelling like pee, it was humiliating so I decided to try to find a way back to diapers. As a 9-10 year old girl it took all the strength I have but I kept pooping in my goodnites and I remember shouting LOOK AT ME AND SMELL ME. GOODNITES SUCK. My mother came in with new diapers for me and let me pick up which one I wanted. I believe it’s called Abena or Tena I forget which one, they make both brands in pull up style, they both offer fecal protection which isn’t something you need right now, but my parents on the other hand were like “we are paying way extra for these, told me the only day I could use the restroom was Monday, just don’t spread it around like my parents did, they practically told everyone I was back in diapers, but that’s everyone’s best kept secret. If your kids knew how many of their friends are in the same boat, they would be shocked. I know I was when I found out how many of my old friends dealt with it.

Praying for god to provide guidance and let his will be done! Either way, they will grow stronger. Me and my 3 cousins are age 14-16, at first it was as our parents changing us but now us girls try to help each other. It’s easy to teach to your daughters! God bless!

This is going to sound bad but here me out, ask Isa to “have an accident” or something to reset them close, maybe even if they temporarily shared a room at night, it might help them talk about how they feel. If you happen to go to church, ask around with the parents and see if you can find other bedwetters, they are closer than you think. We found out my neighborhood friend would always get home from school and stay on FB but not come hang out, ended up finding out that she was kinda a bedwetter but from the looks of her secret nursery, she was more into just pretending

I did try Pampers size 7 on the girls. They did fit but tightly and neither of the girls found them to be very comfortable. The stretchy sides were stretched pretty far and it dug tightly into their sides which they didn't like. If the sides were a bit bigger/longer, it might have been better.
