Bedwetting (or nocturnal enuresis or sleepwetting) is involuntary urination while asleep. It is the normal state of affairs in infancy, but can be a source of embarrassment when it persists into school age or the teen or adult years. Im 29 and have basically been wearing pull-ups during the day for as long as I can remember, as well as setting an hourly bathroom timer. I had to switch to NorthShore Supreme tape-on diapers for nighttime in high school, due to the GoodNites leaking. (Im too small for Depends, so I'm embarrassed to admit it.)
Am I the only one who has always had to wear extra protection (my nighttime diapers instead of just my GoodNites) on roadtrips due to overactive bladder and bowels, or the possibility that I likely fall asleep and have an accident? Its embarrassing.

You’re not alone of course. I also wear extra protection on road trips. I had an accident once and I ruined the seat of my car. I had to stop to get changed. Now I wear my nighttime diaper on long road-trips, it’s safer.
PS : why do you always post the same question in all groups related to incontinence? It’s not really useful as most of us are in all groups.
