Bedwetting Support Group
Bedwetting (or nocturnal enuresis or sleepwetting) is involuntary urination while asleep. It is the normal state of affairs in infancy, but can be a source of embarrassment when it persists into school age or the teen or adult years. Find others who are coping with a bedwetting problem and share your experiences and questions.
I have a overactive bladder. It is now under control during the day on medication (Vesicare 10mg), but at night I have to wear adult nappy to bed and I am always wet in the morning. I say better a wet nappy than a wet bed. I don't think now when I put my nappy on, I just joke and call myself a baby (I just say. "Baby ? has his nappy on"). Tena Super Maxi from the NHS.
Hope that helps.
I have discovered that bedwetting is directly linked to sleep disorder breathing. I am not a doctor, but I am a reformed mother that once thought my son's issues were bad behavior, poor table manners, laziness, and bed wetting. Please consider speaking with a sleep specialist or a dentist that specializes in OSA (obstructive sleep apnea).

Although Connor's mom is a year of an apnea zealot, she's right about that being a potential cause, but given your history, probably not super likely.
I too was a bedwetter as a youth, and had it retriggered (most likely by stress) as an adult. Best of luck, and feel free to write for advice, or to vent.
I wish I could offer more help.
