Bedwetting Support Group
Bedwetting (or nocturnal enuresis or sleepwetting) is involuntary urination while asleep. It is the normal state of affairs in infancy, but can be a source of embarrassment when it persists into school age or the teen or adult years. Find others who are coping with a bedwetting problem and share your experiences and questions.

What was your WORST daily moment as a child/teen bedwetter?! Mine was the evening call from the house when playing with others oudoors near the house.....or indoors wherever: "Nico! NAPPY TIME!". I am sure my heart froze and I went numb!

I've just been updating my profile information because I had a birthday last week, and so I'm now 25 instead of 24. It doesn't feel any different though!Just so you all know a bit about me: I suffer with anxiety and occasional panic attacks, and sometimes I do an accidental wee in bed while I'm asleep. The worst daily moment was when I used to sleep without any protection but my rubber sheet. Doctors said “without diapers, he’ll soon outgrow his bedwetting issues”. (I’m still waiting) On sunny days my wet sheets were put to dry by the window. Everyone in the neighborhood could tell what happened during nighttime… such a shame.
I woke up in the middle of the night wet all over and he left his room
Good thing he didn't notice, I would have died of shame (he was also very handsome)
Happily such shaming moments are over. I’m still a bedwetter, but I wear diapers. Sometimes my diaper leaks but it doesn’t require a whole day drying.
@Maria As you don’t wet every night, why don’t you wear protective pants ? They look like drynites training pants but for adults. You can reuse the same pants as long as it’s not wet. Good luck.
I always showed and still show my boy that it’s nit a problem for me at all. I’m glad I could protect him from such bad experiences you had.
