You mean that there is a name for IT? Im not weird? Trichotillomania, that big, long word that is the bane of our world. With knowledge and support of others we CAN break free and live without this disorder interfering with our lives. Lets keep this uplifting and supportive and give each other the encouragement the other needs to make it to that next day.
Hey guys!
The last time I posted I was feeling pretty down and didn’t think I’d be able to ever get over Trich.
However a couple of weeks so I’d been so occupied I hadn’t been pulling and when I took off my fake eyelashes I noticed little eyelashes were beginning to grow again. I have not touched one eye at all and now I actually have eyelashes for the first time in over 5 years! Unfortunately I have pulled the other one, so the growth isn’t as good there. But I’m still mega proud of myself - one step at a time and all that. I just thought id share this with everyone as focusing on the one area has made me be able to stop pulling on the other eye and I’m confident when I have eyelashes that it should be enough to stop me from pulling!

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

That is wonderful that you have success! Keep on one step at a time!
