You mean that there is a name for IT? Im not weird? Trichotillomania, that big, long word that is the bane of our world. With knowledge and support of others we CAN break free and live without this disorder interfering with our lives. Lets keep this uplifting and supportive and give each other the encouragement the other needs to make it to that next day.

Please consider making a new post titled - Brriska's pull-free-a-thon. It's amazing having your own thread that you can post your progress on and we can all support you. Only if you want of course ;)

I agree with confidenticandoit! If you make your own thread, you can add to it often and it is like a diary of your progress that people can respond to. You are doing so well!!

Wow good for you Brriska !! Keep coming here for support. I am actively pulling to the point of having only a bit of stubble on my head and having to wear a wig. I was gone from this forum for a long time but have come back cos I am desperate to quit pulling and need the support I found here in the past. Keep up the good work!
