I've been with my new mistress for two months. We're still sorting out the ground rules. I think the physical limits are fairly standard for those who play part time: no marks that show in work clothes and no use of toys that cause active bleeding i.e. no whips. I find the best way is to just tell her. It is very hard for some people to determine the limits of others. On the other hand she just may not like to get as rough as you like. Talking it out is the best thing you can do. Hints just probably won't work. Words of experience here.
