I am now that I am much more aware of and alert to my stealth ego's tricks. About the only things that make me angry now are injustice, arrogance, and callous disregard for others; but what manifests is more a righteous indignation than the anger I used to experience. Hmmm. No, that's not entirely accurate. Sometimes the old anger does bubble up under the banner of righteous indignation.

But it's been a few years since I've actually damaged anything, and even longer for anybody. That's good progress.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
