There is a metaphysical bookstore, Aquarius Books and Gifts, that I go to often. The place is so flooded with such a strong good energy that it makes it easy for me to tap in to my personal power. Often just sitting there quietly for a half hour or so is all the inspiration and encouragement I need. On the rare occasion that doesn't do the trick, when my ego is really acting up, the regulars there affectionately known as the "Aquarius family" are always ready with good advice or perspective, an ear to listen, and lots of hugs.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
