Other than the first one, my regular doctor the are ALL specialists and I can see any of them within a week once I make a call.
By the way, what is a "Duty Registrar"? What level of medical training do they have? Do they have the authority to move you up the list? If so, I would worry about corruption (somebody buying their way up the list.
