I've had six courses of physical therapy with stretching exercises at six different facilities, and stretching exercises just make my pain worse.
I had scoliosis when I was little and my doctor at the time sent me to take ballet classes, swimming and doing abdominals. It worked for me. I'm scoliosis free. my buldging discs came from the car accident I had and I have 2 herniated discs in my neck, and when my neck hurts I am in the worst mood, 'cause I don't think there is a cure for that.

He's very good about staying current with research and medications and shares this information so that your treatment might benefit.

From reading the other responses I'm not sure we're talking about the same person! He might have a dry sense of humor, but that's cool. Office visits are very pleasant and I leave feeling that I'm in the best care available.
