Hi There,
I have been suffering from severe back pain for a long time, and I'm doing an online job. As it is a sitting job, I have to sit many hours in front of my laptop. My MRI and X-ray scan reports look normal. But my pain is not getting recovered even after trying some medicines prescribed by my doctor. From the health articles which I have read online, I think the main cause of my problem is myofascial pain syndrome. I'm not sure, but the symptoms that I have are similar to it. I saw the treatments for this back pain problem. And many people mentioned good about physiotherapy under the comment section of some articles. So I'm thinking about approaching a nearby physiotherapy treatment clinic to discuss my matter. What do you guys think about this? As I'm pregnant, I really want to know whether doing physiotherapy is safe or not. Is physiotherapy beneficial and safe for pregnant ladies? Can it cure back pain effectively? Please do share your views, guys!

But back pain during pregnancy should be discussed with your obgyn. There are several womanly things that can happen that lead to back pain. (Referred pain)
So please talk with your dr. The dr can also refer you to a physiotherapist that knows how to help relieve back pain during pregnancy
