I may have misspelled it. I am seriously considering this reggenexx thing. They draw out a sample of bone marrow, and give you back your own stem cells in the area of concern, and, apparently, it regenerates the unhealthy tissue. Of course, it's not FDA approved. It costs 4-6 thousand dollars! I am so willing to do this! It's an alternative to surgery. Has anyone here had any experience with it. Apparently, there are a lot of people who have undergone it. I am REALLY thinking about doing this!!

There can be any number of reasons they haven't approved it.
Just recently, my compounded rx salve was dropped because in a very few cases, contamination of the powders used had happened so virtually all the formulations are no longer considered safe.
Most stem cell procedures are still in the testing phase.
Can you discuss this with your dr before going ahead with it?
Just in my opinion, I would suggest your doing so for your own safety.
That's a tremedous amount of money to risk on anything not approved. Have you been able to find out how many others had
negative results? I'm sure there are two sides to this and hope you
will tread with caution.

Yes, I would definitely chat with the Dr before proceding. I am an adventurous soul. When VAX-D hadn't quite been approved by the FDA, I decided to do it... and it helped (back then). Many people know it now as DSRX. It's the machine, at many chiropractors offices, that decompresses your spine. This time I couldn't do it. It started off at 110 pounds of pressure, they dwindled it down to 40... and had to stop because I was in tears. The stem cells this procedure uses are your own. They're not transplanted from anyone else. The only reason I am considering it is because I refuse to have back surgery. In my 20 years in healthcare I have met so many patients who state they would have never undergone the first surgery if they only would have known... It breaks my heart. Many times over, these patients can not return to their baseline lives. I don't know many patients who end up only having one surgery. Once you fuse the low back, then c spine ends up going as well. It's a mess! It's a different story if you have kyphosis, and the surgery is to correct a horrible angle that will end up killing you because vital organs are being crushed. It's a different story if you have been in an accident, and you have a crushed spine. It's a different story if you have stenosis, and it's very progressed, which I do (but in my Cspine, not my Lspine).
Having surgery on my back really wrecks my mind! It's nuts the physical, and mental, reaction I go through!
I'm sorry to hear your product was recalled. It's important that products be made under sterile protocol, and this is usually why products are recalled. Sterility has been compromised, and bacteria has entered the compund. What did you use the salve for, if you don't mind my asking?
I will keep my eyes peeled!
