In Dec I assed out from COVID and would up with a compression fracture at L2. I have a combo of: spinal compression, fracture that may be healed or is healing, RA, OA, degenerative scoliosis and spondylosis.
It's not constant and I can function - like get in and out of a car and drive, walk for short distances most days. It mostly only hurts bad when I do things like load and unload the dishwasher or washer and dryer. I have to stop halfway through and sit, and then return to it.
So, it could be worse. Tylenol helps and i have found a pain managment doctor I feel confident in and maybe some acupunture down the road....
