A BULDGE MEANS THE GEL IN THE DISC IS STARTING TO PROTRUDE THRU THE DISC. WHEN IT DOES PROTRUDE IT
IS THEN CALLED A HERNIATED DISC. TRY NOT TO DO HEAVY
LIFTING. YOU CAN HAVE A MINIMAL INVASIVE SURGERY ON THE BULGING DISCS. I HAD BULGING DISC FOR YRS UNTIL IT BECAME HERNIATED. BE CAREFULL WITH BENDING. PHYSICAL THERAPY IS GOOD BECAUSE IT TEACHES YOU HOW TO STRENGTHEN THE MUSCLE IN THOSE AREAS.
