I could deal with the physical pain alot better thatn this emotional pain.
I have a group, chronic pain and weight loss.
I go for a walk every day for about an hour.I take the dog also.
I eat healthy food alot..
My doctor said it could be because of the meds they will give you a sweet tooth, and the lack of exercise
and of course i dont work anymore also, i worked in a restaurant for 20 years as a manager so i was working 60 hours plus, down to 0 so that may have a lot to do with it
I am going on a 1000 calorie diet, it would be 1500 if i could exercise, but since i cant it will have to be the 1000, and i am going to divide it up within 6 small meals a day

I am sure your "ta tas" are bigger than mine. lol but if this weight continues I may catch up to you. lol
My biggest hurdle, other than back pain is also "drive". I don't have much anymore.
