It sounds like you need an MRI with and without contrast material to find out exactly what is wrong with your spine. Once you know that, it will be easier to advise you as to what you should do next. Ask your doctor for an MRI -- and then let us know what it says. Hopefully there's nothing seriously wrong with you.
