i have had epidural and facet joint injections and niether one worked. all i can recommend is to keep on trying.

didnt work. it caused more pain, actually, at great personal expense and discomfort. i dont recommend this as an initial course of treatment.

The epidural injection was working for me.
I have other health problems and because of them I started having sz\'s going down on my back again and it\'ll never be same again.
I wont have another epidural

I just receive another set of these yesterday and it is my 3rd set in 5yrs.
The day I get the shots arent bad but the 2and3 days are hell the pain is so sharp you definatly dont want to be by yourself for the first 2 days.
But usually I start feeling better the next few days,but it really sucks right now

I am doing much better today,I still get a sharp poke when I am doing to much.But I still took it easy today.

Wow ?You have been thriugh it too. I can understand your attitude as I been there. I had a xray amcxhine live under table withmetal washer to guide injection point for clever doctor. I found the painfull in canal injections to be very little help. The trigger points were more effective but short lived. I was raedy to give up when Dr NJichols in Capt Cook Hawaii on Big Island recommended the Spinal Cord Stimulator SCS. I went through trail with entry at shouldrr bladed to C2 with gold wire in canal. I ahd a belt pack velcro with remote control. Wow it worked graet. I slept like a baby no more death experiences so real it ahd to be real. If you ahven\'t looked in to it and heve compression of sord causing false signals this is a great way to fool mother natures warning system that is wrongly tellingh yopur body your in final statges of death.

I recomment Dr Nichols ans Advanced Bionics although they did merss me up on the paperwork that carsed me a year waiting time and some huge finance setbacks from delay.

I\'ve had three epidural injections.
And after the third one I was really making progress until I went down in a seizure on my and also hit back of my head well all the progress I had made went right out the window.
I can never know when I\'ll have seizure I\'m uncontrolled and yes I do take my meds but it doesn\'t matter been over 40 yrs.

don\'t bother.. that will not remove the inflamation... it just covers it up on very temporary basis... you have to remove the inflamation... if you don\'t it will continue to hurt... i got rid of mine... using omega xl with Perna canaliculus oil extract...

Yes I have had probably 12 injections- which did not work. It helped somewhat after one day then pain came back. I am trying prolotherapy now...

So, I would not recommend it.
