I was able to find some simple therapy suggestions on you tube that helped better than the therapist.
But am still frustrated with the whole dr system here in my town. The dr that i was complaining about in september of 2019 is no longer in practice. He saw me that once time and retired. The np that took over for him did a better job of explaining stuff. and i did get 12 therapy sessions that were nearly a waste since bob n brad you tube videos were more helpful.
