I am new here. Have bad back pain due to injuries in motorcycle wreck.
I also have a stenosis in my neck that causes numbness in my hands and involuntary movements of hands plus spasms.

I am new to the group.I am a 37 year old musician. A drummer. I have suffered from back pain since age 19. It has gotten progressively worse over the years. My L1 and L2 have shifted into my spinal cord and the nerves on the right side, giving me severe pain from the center of my lower back all the way down my right leg.

Hello to you both and WELCOME. I'm sorry you both are in such pain. We can all relate and understand.

Have either of you had an MRI with and without contrast material? If not, you SHOULD have. If your current doctor isn't aggressively treating your pain, you might want to see a pain management doctor. They can help (usually) with the pain. None of us wants to take strong medications, but it's certainly better than suffering.
