my back has being sore as and have slipped disc on lower back and the past week, when ever I cough or sneeze or laugh, I can't control my bowel.
it is this due to the lower back pain ???
I'm totally stressed out this.
any ideas on what going on ?
should I see my Dr about this ???

I'm not trying to scare you, but back pain with loss of bowel control is an absolute emergency that needs prompt attention until proven otherwise. The fact this is new is even more concerning. There can be a number of reasons your having loss of bowel control, but the most worrisome is a condition called Cauda Equina Syndrome. I would very concerned if you are having leg weakness and numbness with your pain too.
I hope you find relief. If you get this response relatively soon, I urge you to act quickly and not entertain too many perspectives. I think your showing some serious signs that need attention from a doctor.
