i know there's been some issues over the weekend, and we stepped in last night. i'm here to help as well.
if you've followed some of my recent posts in the Depression community, we're expanding our "Rules Of The Road" so everyone understands. Lemme make one rule clear:
We are a support community dedicated to helping each other. Posting anything which undermines the spirit of community support (such as blaming Autism on bad parents) is just inappropriate and unhelpful.
To be clear, I'm just getting up to speed on the issues here and I apologize if I'm getting the issue wrong. I should have more info later tonight. (It's a Sunday here, so we're all trying to coordinate).

this is what upsets me: we now have members who are afraid to post anything because of the backlash and abuse. we have people who are thinking of leaving as a result of the past twenty four hours.
we are told to ignore these types of posts and report the abuse. well doug, i did that starting yesterday afternoon and nothing was done. i realize it's the weekend; i realize that there is a process but in the meantime serious damage has been done. people are only going to be pushed so far and you cannot expect people to keep their cool and ignore for this length of time.
this person has NO BUSINESS being on this board and any thread that has been posted has been met with harassment.
it is wrong and she needs to be gone but as of twenty minutes ago, she is still here.
must we go thru another 24 hours like this?
Ignore button is a good start, and maybe an edit? lol
someone like that cant make anyone of us feel small, know why?
because we know the truth, that was the most BS i have read in ages parts actully made me laugh, because it was sooooo stoooopied ignorant and un true.
like i said we know the truth, best as a friend told me today to ignore her it them ?
and i am.. but i did hvae to say just that one thing lol
Ignore button would be fine, but a moterater would be fine too. ck on here daily...or some kind of system sensitive program that when things are said they are froze in cyber space. no doubt that person will be back with a different nickname, and i guess its very sad... for them.
