I get emotional support from my spouse and this chat room and from a number of therapists and doctors who see my kids. They make sure that I am dealing with our problems instead of supressing them, and that I am healthy enough emotionally to live a happy life with my kids.
Ette gets emotional support from us his parents, and also from his therapists and especially his Developmental therapist. They help his to control his emotions and they also help him express them too, which is really important for a little guy who cant communicate.
