has anyone thought about a diary or a journal for people with autism or asd to help them with there problems and how they feel
My idea(for the child or adult with autism/asd):-
to use pictures that show faces to determine how they feel and get them to write why they feel like that certain face , over time help them expand on how they feel and include problems.

bubs does this kind of diary in the school holidays, but nor everyday.. but it is quite detailed, he has stickers, pens, magazines, glitter,glue, whatever he wants to do his diary. he has done one every year since he was 2 ( with less and less help from me each year) it has great to look back at them at times and see not only what a fun time we have had, but also how much he has progressed with his language etc...
