A couple days ago Jarrett came home with a letter
from the PE teacher saying that Jarrett bit one child, threw sand at another and wasn't following the rules of the track. She said when she put him in time out he bit her as well and made her bleed. I was shocked, my son has never made anyone bleed except for this one littl boy who punched him in the nose and made his nose bleed. I knew it had to be provoked but didnt know how to prove it. Later while I was giving him a bath I noticed I red mark around his wrist as well as marks under and around his arm pit.As if someone had grabbed him by the wrist and squeesed him really hard the dragged him. When asked, my son said the pe teacher did it. We documented the marks and planned to confront her the next morning. The next day before we headed to the school I asked my son again who did that to him and he said it was another kid. I cant go to the school and make accusations if he's changing his story....We went to talk to her anyway along with the principal and she also changed her story. She now says that he never bit another child and only threw dirt and pulled at a childs arm...she flat oput denied that she wrote in her letter that he bit someone! Even though I had the letter at home to prove it! She also said she didnt put him in time out and that he only bit her after his meltdown was over and they were walking back to class....I'm worried that all her inconsistantancies are a sign that shes not telling the whole truth. What do I do? I'm worried that she really may have been the one to hurt my son.

You have the right to call a meeting at any time. Always do it in writing. they have by law, ten days to set up the meeting.
