Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) Support Group
Atrial fibrillation (AF or afib) is an abnormal heart rhythm (cardiac arrhythmia) which involves the two small, upper heart chambers (the atria). Heart beats in a normal heart begin after electricity generated in the atria by the sinoatrial node spread through the heart and cause contraction of the heart muscle and pumping of blood.
i mean so that means since you have afib you take no walks and do any kind of physical activity .

I did slow down the intensity of the exercize, I was afraid I would over do it.
Also I tthink when I'm in afib and exercizing I am getting more of a workout because my heart is going faster than normal.
I walk 6 days a week, but you really need to check out what is best for you, personally with your Dr.
