Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) Support Group
Atrial fibrillation (AF or afib) is an abnormal heart rhythm (cardiac arrhythmia) which involves the two small, upper heart chambers (the atria). Heart beats in a normal heart begin after electricity generated in the atria by the sinoatrial node spread through the heart and cause contraction of the heart muscle and pumping of blood.
Sorry....even though the Army has a new policy on this, I joined way way back in the 1970s, so....I cannot bring myself to send you any solicitations...the hair does look darn good though! Can I say that without the ghost of John Wayne coming down and slapping me?

Hi Thomas/Surfrat: You sound as though you may be missing your solicitation emails, LOL :) You know that PinkLover only has eyes for you...and your $money$..ha ha.
Hi Terrry! Nice to see you posting. How have you been.?
Maybe the lack of these spam type emails suggests they have.
Who knows.
A simple preview edit feature would also be nice here on the forum.
As for PinkLover.
She has certainly left an indelible mark on the hearts of many DS members - myself included.
Thanks for the explanation Terry. See, I didn't know the back story there. I just thought my man was having a bad day, and was looking for a compliment! And that was the best I could do!
Carrie, so far, so good...5 months in NSR. Today starts my last month on Metoprolol...one 25 mg hit every 3 days. Still have an elevated pulse and the occasional palp that makes me crazy in the head. I really do admire those on the site who say "Hey, I just decided I would NOT let it bother me!" God bless them...am trying, but the doubt is still there...was glad to see CANMAN's entry, where he said it really took him probably 8 months to get past the psychological part..so I am hoping for that. And of course it didn't help when my EP got CRUSHED over the weekend on this site (I was in Dr. Calkins Cardiofocus laser balloon study)! Will see how it goes when I am off the meds completely in July. Of course, winning the lottery would help reduce the stress of everyday life!

Doesn't hurt to ask.
Petey works in mysterious ways and I thought he might have legions of DS operatives helping him with his research and epic posts.
@ Terry: Flattery will get you everywhere. Donations $$$ are also greatly appreciated. :)
